3.Prior to referring a candidate to the employer, our Placement Division implements the selection process which comprises of a sequence of steps that includes interviews, tests, verification of data and assessing the candidate.

4.The prerequisite to this systematic approach is a specific job/candidate profile from the employer which enables us to determine the organization's expectations, job demand and the responsibilities in that particular position.

5.Assess the applicant's existing skills and potential for acquiring skills, areas of interests, personal characteristics and tendency to interact with people, thereby giving complete measure of the candidate's potential.

6.The complete selection process is designed to ensure effective decision making for choosing applicants among-st whom there will be the ideal candidate for our client's organization.
